LifeBrandz understands that early movers advantage is important. We believe in securing real estate locations in which we can develop an entertainment precinct or host anchor entertainment concepts.

Our branded entertainment real estates are based on long-term leases with an average of 10 years at competitive market rates, with the option to sublease the properties.

LifeBrandz works closely with property companies and land developers such as Capitaland on opportunities to co-develop “problematic” precincts which have difficulties leasing. In this way, we have managed to secure favourable lease terms with developers and land owners by adding value to their real estate.
